Is LetterGuide a translator?

No. A translation gives you the words. LetterGuide gives you the meaning and the next step: what the letter is, what it wants, the deadline, and what to do. You can have it explained in the language you choose.

Is my letter private?

Yes. Your letter is read into text on your device. Only that text is sent, once, to produce the explanation, and it is never stored on our servers. Your saved explanations live only on your phone, and you can delete them any time. See the Privacy Policy.

Which languages does it support?

You can have letters explained in several languages, and we are adding more. The app itself is available in English and Turkish today, with more on the way.

How much does it cost?

Pricing will be shown in the app before you are ever charged. There will always be a way to understand a letter, and paid options simply remove limits.

The explanation looks wrong. What do I do?

Automatic explanations can make mistakes, especially with a blurry photo. Retake the photo in good light, and always check important details like deadlines and amounts against the original letter. For anything that matters, consult a qualified professional. See the Terms of Service.

How do I delete a saved letter?

Open your letters, swipe a letter, and confirm delete. It is removed from your device, along with any reminder you set for it.
